Meet Farley Schweighart
Farley Schweighart is a cowgirl, business owner, podcaster, and physical therapist who has anything and everything to do with the horse. She has worn many hats including therapist and educator. She graduated from the Arkansas State Physical Therapy program in 2008. Her first love in physical therapy was outpatient orthopedics where she is passionate about helping horses and riders. She was the Arkansas State Hippotherapy program coordinator for five years where she developed the program into what it is today. Farley was the Director of Clinical Education and taught the musculoskeletal classes for the Arkansas State Physical Therapist Assistant program. Farley's other interests include competing in rodeos, developing podcasts, Rodeo Sports Medicine, and helping people in rural America.

Dr. F Scott Feil is a husband, a father, a business owner, a physical therapist, a professor, and most recently an amazon best-selling author. F Scott is also a business coach and mentor despite starting his journey as an English major before landing as a Physical Therapist. He is the creator of the Healthcare Education Transformation Podcast which aims at breaking down the silos between healthcare professions and trying to find best practices in teaching and learning throughout healthcare academia. He also hosts the Professors of Profit Show on Youtube and in podcast form.
